Nasilje među vršnjacima kao odraz uvjeta u kojima djeca odrastaju: percepcija, stavovi i iskustva srednjoškolaca

Abstract

Cilj ovog kvalitativnog istraživanja je dobiti dublji uvid u percepciju i stavove srednjoškolaca o utjecaju obitelji, lokalnih zajednica, društva i medija na viktimizaciju i nasilno ponašanje djece i mladih prema vršnjacima.

U fokus grupama su sudjelovali učenici (N=30) iz Hrvatske u dobi 15-17 godina.

Rezultati ovog istraživanja sugeriraju da najsnažniji utjecaj na sudjelovanje djece u vršnjačkom nasilju imaju njihovi roditelji, osobito interroditeljske destruktivne interakcije i nasilno ponašanje roditelja prema djeci te pretjerano zaštitničko, ali i intruzivno i kontrolirajuće ponašanje roditelja s dobrim namjerama, koje vodi do loših ishoda (sebičnost, egocentričnost, razmaženost, potreba za trenutnim ispunjavanjem dječjih želja i sl.). Neprijateljske interakcije koje dominiraju u lokalnim zajednicama i tretiraju se kao uobičajeno ponašanje, predstavljaju model za slična ponašanja djece prema vršnjacima. Na makrorazini nepravde, nejednakost i siromaštvo snažno utječu na život nekih učenika pa oni svojim nasilnim ponašanjem nastoje u školi stvoriti osjećaj moći i važnosti, koje objektivno nemaju, a nedostaju im. Od medijskih utjecaja najvažniju ulogu u sudjelovanju djece u vršnjačkom nasilju imaju društvene mreže, a oko utjecaja nasilnih računalnih i video igrice stajališta učenika su dijametralno suprotna.
